Mini Mite Registration -

Registration for mini mites will be held on October 13, 2008 at Marathon County Ice Rink #2

Registration will be from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Please bring your bar code registration form from USA Hockey along with your completed Registration form.

Phase One

Registering with USA Hockey is an easy and painless process!

This year MCYH will be registering online with USA Hockey. This process will help the association get more accurate/complete information for the rosters when parents register direct with USA Hockey. In order to complete Phase two you must complete phase one. You will be required to pay the fees online with USA Hockey. There is a $30 USA Hockey fee and a $10 WAHA fee that is required to be paid by credit card. If you don’t have a credit card, you may use a Visa or MasterCard gift card. An e-mail address is required, if you don’t have one you may use a friends e-mail. The USA Hockey Fee’s are waived for age 6 (Birth Year 2002) and younger, but you still must register online. Once that process is complete you then get a bar code sent to you to via e-mail to complete phase two. Don’t have a computer; try the local library or school.

Phase Two

You will need to complete and return the association registration form. Click here to access and print the registration form. Phase two will be held at the Howard Johnson Inn. Please bring your confirmation sheet that has the bar code along with your completed registration form on September 9^th or September 11^th from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. During this phase we will scan the bar code and get you entered into the association system. You will also be able to sign up for your required concession stand shifts, pick up your raffle tickets and have any questions that you have answered.

There are a couple of new options this year to our programming. MCYH is going to add a supplemental power skating program. Click here to get the details on that program. Also on the registration form is an option to donate to the Warrior Sled Hockey Team. There will be additional information regarding this program at registration night.
